"We brought them a rickety chair with peeling fabric, and said “fix it and clean it up, but don’t lose the character!” (It’s a family heirloom) They gave us great looking tacks and new fabric and cushioning, but kept the weathered wood finish. They glued and strengthened the whole structure and it still feels like an heirloom! Fantastic work from people who love furniture!"
